Art Supplied

Art is supplied through our acceptance that art Is. We are so fortunate to be people that want art in the world, that we see it's wholeness being needed, wanted, desired.

It's our wild-hairedness that allows us to be aware of the need, want, and desire.

Safety is something inside of art that the artist finds when diving into a body of work. Inside the work, which is inside the studio body, the doors are free to be open, the windows allowed to be raised, because inside the work there is a safe haven that the atmosphere and environment have been aligned to.

Alignment is essential for the body and the art to communicate, to converse one to the other. The other is the gaze that opens, like a window, to let in the fresh, wild wind that blows through the bones of the soul.

When we look at the lighted presence of the wild hair, we are making ourselves available, to be transformed from an old self into a new self, and since we are forever changing, it is a natural occurrence to be present to the wild nature that shakes and rattles and rolls us into a new perspective from a position of stasis.

Hope today finds you opening your gaze wider, longer, and with an appreciation for the gift light's wild hair gives.
