Just breathe, and in the breathing, notice, not your breath, you already know you are breathing, notice what is inside of you and how it connects to what is around you.

With all the snow we have been having lately, it's a good time to take time and breathe in the quickening of winter.
We all belong to the seasons, how quickly we connect to nature once out the door.
Into the studio of the soul we go, with boots, and gloves, and hats and scarves. What color are you, wearing today? Thankfully we all match the outdoors, with its infinitude of color.
Hope today finds you quickly in the quickening, and that your breath breathes in the season you are sharing with everyone.

I spent a lot of time yesterday while driving the back roads to work...the beauty of the snow scene everywhere was awesome and I was able to love it for what it was AND for what it created in overwhelm....and I have worn RED all week to remind me of my own brightness! Thanks for the stimulus to see beyond!
