Art often happens this way. You find yourself in the middle of a day, something seems to be needed to add to things.
Art adds to. It does, it adds to what is occurring, because it is always occurring. When you look up from what needs adding to, or down into what needs adding to, art will do it.
The studio is open, at this particular time into a snow bank. Coin of the realm, snowflakes, and lots of them.
How often have you wished that you could add to something, because things needed adding to? Or because you wanted more than a slim level of slim to nothingness? One way to do it, and have fun at it, is art. Artage is a series of events that knit themselves together to create more than what was first there.
It's how clothes are made, pottery made, hats made, silverware is made, shoes are made, the sky and clouds, water and trees are made. Everyone comes because more is desired. Stars, now there's an art form. Multi-media.
Art gets your attention because it gives to you more than you had before you saw it. Thank an artist the next time you see one. Everything you use, have, see, wear,was created by an artist first.
