The Ease of Art in That

November 5

The ease of art comes in the ease of relaxing into. Take a breath, now take a deeper one. That is the difference.

How many times during the day do people slow down enough to take the deep breath? The outer world isn't designed to slow down, so you have to dive inside yourself to take the deeper breath, and slow the outer world (whirled) around you.

There is an art in that

To be able to move with your own rhythm and internal timing requires the skill of breath taken to its next depth.

The studio of the Self has plenty of oxygen, that's why artists go there every chance they get. A place to breathe, a place to relax into the inside of themselves.

Not every day is peaceful, there are days of agitation, where the outer world has gotten under, in, and on your skin, literally. It's a place the world tries to live in, like a barnacle on the hull of a boat.

But the breath, the breath expands the skin, and the barnacles of the whirled pop off. That is a good thing.

Take a breath, now take another one, the one that is for you, the deeper one. You are deeper than the whirled, and you have a studio within you that needs tending to.

The need for artists has never been greater, their differences in vision are the deeper breath that so many people are afraid to stop for, out of fear the whirled will get away from them.

That is what you do, you make the time to go deeper into your own breath, into your own inner studio, into your sacred space, your place of creation, your place of listening, seeing, tasting, smelling.
That is what you do.

It is an art, but it is also easy.

Hope your day finds you taking the deeper breaths, and showing you the whirled isn't all you thought it was.
