The entry into art is through the breath. Every one. It's there with every one. Each breath carries it into you and its within you to share it back out again.
Art is an entry into yourself, whether you make art, or whether you enjoy it, it makes a difference.
Being in the middle of art requires a focused intent and a desire to be open to its gifts.
To be entered into this relationship with art, the studio within you must have its lights on. The way to find the switch and flip it on, is to step through the doorway and know the room you have entered has light.
Once you have seen your own personal inner studio lit up, you can advance in the direction of your passion.
You have to want art in your life, to have your self be art-filled.
This day, we are readying ourselves for taking the show to the gallery, at the Camden Public Library, tomorrow. Finishing up last minute details, like more picture wire to hang the pieces, labels to go on the wall next to each art piece.
We breathe, and take in another new breath, and allow the day to unfold its support, nurturing, and compassion for our Intention.
