Art is such a word, that it fills the both of us with a wonderful fulfillment of giftedness.
When you art, or are arted, or simply feel artful, it is because the spirit of creativity is holding you in its embrace. What a fortunate feeling.
To feel art is an accomplishment, in a whirled set upon the hurry of most things.
Our art is proposing that the world of the inside self is of greater value than the outer whirled, in that, from the inner comes the birth of new things, new expressions.
So how to align both into a generous, compassionate whole, is the work of art. It is why it stays close and nurtures us as we explore, map, and bring patterns back with us, of our inner travels, and share them in shows rich in the senses of color, line, and texture.
We are studio-ing in a retreated place, so that we may hear more clearly the promptings of our muse, that gentle soft voice of such strength, that guides our life's practice of sacred art.
Today we write and record works written. It is a space of deep listening. We also are in the midst of publishing several books.

This week is one of intense work and intense resting, an interesting combination of energies.
Our December show has its opening reception the second Tuesday of December, the 9th. For those of you able to attend, mark your calendars for a wonderful evening.
