In an artful life the light of magic is in the studio, and when the studio is lit, there is magic going on. It certainly feels that way, as we find our way during the process and progress of the work.
It seems lately the night time studio is busy creating, inside the mystery, the pieces that fit together with the day time patterns. As these pieces come together, they form a body of work that connects us to the deeper meaning and the larger picture.
We go into the studio to feel our way into what is being asked and what is being answered. We make ourselves available to the view, and as we view, our gaze is transformed into a grace of acceptance of the new, the different, the strange, the powerful, the unknown.
We are not distracted and we do not distract, rather we share what we are given to share. It is the light we find when we go deep inside, the studio gives us a safe space to express freely, we grab the magic wand and like music, allow the flow to occur.
