Early art starts as soon as you wake up, and goes the rest of the day.
Whether it's before sunrise or not, art is there in front of you, beside you, and behind you, not to mention above and below you.
It gets on your shoes, on your hands, in your hair, on your best clothes. There is no getting away from art, it's just there.
With that much art around, it is amazing how few people are awake to it. They may be aware of art, but to be awake to art is another whole thing.
When you wake up with art, and know you've done so, then you are having an adventurous day, the day just rolls out in front of you. All you have to do is step forward into it.
The studio, the you studio, is ready at a moment's notice to enjoy the sights and sounds around you.
To studio a day, is to adventure into the unfolding vista of where you decide to be for the day.
Today, our studio started out writing for us, and for you, and then there's the cafe for a breakfast before our class begins. That's always an adventure, and the class itself is a deep dive into the studio.
We'll be working on several books these next few weeks, and that big piece that's sitting there, percolating.
Hope this day finds you inside your studio, surrounded by the sights and sounds of an adventure unfolding.
