Art play happens the moment you let go. It is worth letting go.
The studio, inside and out, is the go to place for letting go. The place where you can come into place within your self.
Coming into your self is like a foot in a shoe, a hand in a glove, a head in the hat. Difficult it is not, though to hear it from the outside you might think differently about it.
No, the jump to the inside is as easy as being someone who is willing to see from the inside out
of things, and to hear by listening deeply.
The world gets its feelings hurt when you think of it as a big distraction, but if you are to ever clearly hear yourself, you, at some point, must turn down the volume of the ever playing recording from outside yourself.
To be able to connect to your artful self, is to say yes to your own internal focus. The studio is a focalizer, giving you the sides necessary to maintain a focused intent.
The play comes easily to those who will take the time to come back into themselves and listen.
In a world bent on work, at a huge cost to the self, to,be able to find play, in anything, is an accomplishment.
The studio goes with you, he play goes with you,
the focus goes with you. Take your listening and walk around in a world whose sound is huge.
Your playful notes of color, line, and shape, will texture how you feel about the world you find yourself living in.
Hope your day finds you humming a new tune, clearer to yourself than the outer ones demanding your attention. Play at it, at some point it will become so natural that the whole place feels lighted with your radiant smile.
