Art is sweet, lovely, nurturing, direct, focused, and movement into your own inner realms. The expression of art is the relationship you have with the companionship you give to your inner life and the sounds from within it.
Water is the current of your expression, the emotion of your interior life.
The studio is set to hold you, and with your commitment, to send you out into the outer world with enough support to share what you have expressed.
Our show comes close, the opening reception is Tuesday, December 9th, from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Jean Picker Room Gallery of the Camden Public Library. Our 14th year showing to the public.
One of our favorite venues, because we are seen by a wider audience. Families come to see the work. Children see the work.
It is like having an opening for 30 days.
Art has a need. We listen to this need and pour ourselves into the companionship with its direction. It points the way and we merge with the sound, we drink in the sound, and we are fed by its presence.
Coming into time is the opening, and we are excited to share what we have seen.
