Entering

September 21

We are entering into a new time of creativity. We can feel it, taste it, and smell it.

When we gather a show around us, this is what it is like. Gathering.
The studio is a gathered place, a place that holds the energy for us to be able to do the work we need to do.

We cannot not do art, because it is the expression we were given to do, the way we are in the world, the way we are from the inside out.

Entering into this day, we are available to its presence in the way of allowing the wave and wind of it to express itself.

We'll take a walk this morning and feel the elements of air, water, and the breath we take to infuse them within us. The fire element overhead warms us in this cool autumn morning, and the plants provide us with the elements of wood.
