How You Meet Creativity

August 21

What better way to meet than eye to eye, heart to heart.
That is how you meet creativity.
How do you stand before something unknown to you and still remain
intact as yourself? Not necessarily unknown, as you've never been present to it before, but unknown in how the mystery presents itself to you in different ways at different times.
This is the work of the artist, to come to the delicious moment of enjoyment.
First you vision, and see from the inside out, then you see what is outside of you, then you take in what is outside and assimilate the undulating factors, allowing the two to merge. The rhythmic kundalini of creative motion, rising its subliminal message into food to nourish and heal the mind, body, and soul.
It is a sacred act to meet eye to eye with the movement of magic and maintain contact, so that you come to a communion with the relationship of creativity.
An artist is a traveling suitcase filled with all that is necessary to be in touch with the sacred world. Their imagination is a tent ready to unfold as soon as they find a safe place to land.
Many times we travel in our art world, and to be held safe while we find our way, turning this and that over to see what it will yield, how it will feed our sacred self, how it will come to us as we advance, is an act of courage of the universe itself.
New work comes out of looking. New work comes out of seeing. New work comes out of being alive to the mystery, and yielding to its direction of coming into your life for a reason.
We assimilate most easily when we relax into the timing, yielding our perception to perspective squared.
The square yields the tension of the corner to the full circumference of wedded bliss, in a divine motion that transfers its gift through the gift of sight received, as timing timed into a trinary code of tension relieved of its judgment.
New art comes into view when the registry to create meets the avenue to express. The avenue is there because the pathway is ready to support the traveling. It is a tented way that canopies the artist, the viewer, and that which is being created, and keeps safe the sacred act of becoming.
Hope your day presents you with what you've known, seen in a new light.

Thank you, Sandra.
The Muse seems to be unfolding in ways both mysterious and beyond the flat world's understanding of what an artistic sacred life is supposed to be.

Thank you for commenting.
