It is possible to be awake in the middle of the night and enjoy being up. So far we have photographed, written, and talked. Not bad for so early in the morning. Also charged camera batteries, twice. Holidays The tree is trimmed at the house, so that means today we put up three trees at the studio and decorate them. Transitions at the studio, paintings shown recently are rotated either onto the walls of the studio, or into our "waiting" area, that is waiting to go into another show or up on the walls. So that's what's been happening today, and as things get rotated about we find blank canvases and frames we had not thought about. It has been the day for it, lots of moving.Transferring 400,077 photos to another drive, and moving printers around.Wishing we could afford the ink for an older laser printer we have, it really does excellent images.And moving files from the laptop to the tower and the tower to the laptop. We had a wonderful trip down the St. George River from Warren to Thomastonthis morning.  Took the high tide down the river, so we barely needed to paddle. We could just float  along and look at the scenery. We had a pair of Golden Eagles following us the entire way. We saw red wing blackbirds, osprey, cormorants, kingfishers, the pair of eagles, and lotsof fish jumping for bugs, and one beaver

It's always nice to have a new way of doing things,especially when it makes things easier to do. We bought a Bamboo Touch Pad awhile back, and are just nowusing it...a bit by accident. The mouse suddenly quit working and the Bamboo Touch Pad decided to take over. I must havehit a button by mistake while checking it out. All for the better. Much easier on the hands to use than theold mouse.
