Today another day of early morning chanting with the Tibetan monks.
In just one day we're already better, this is a good sign to all ears.

A wonderful breakfast at the cafe, sitting outside in the beautiful
sunshine and cool breezes.

Then on to a new plant nursery to fill in on varieties we needed.

Finishing up on some planting now, then for a nice dinner of BLT's
with friends.

A good start to the weekend.

Always nice to name a web page correctly, this being the "Not So Daily Posts" makes for an easy entry into its writing life.

Today after chanting with the Tibetan monks in the early morning hours, we headed over to a cafe for a squash muffin and hot coffee.... and time to write. It's so nice to fold into the time of writing, to feel the words envelope you and speak to you from a rhythm that nurtures and regenerates.
